Over the past years, Cat Cocos has experienced an increase in the number of frequent travelers that choose our service to travel to and from Mahe, Praslin & La Digue. Inter Island Boats is pleased to inform its passengers that Fidelity and Loyalty cards are now available for all its esteemed Seychellois customers who are willing to take the opportunity and benefit from this service. This initiative will help residents to save up on ticket cost hence provide a better customer apprehension. Passengers who wish to apply for any of these cards needs to fill an application form at our main office at Espace Building.

 Fidelity Card

  • Passengers ranged from 12 to 25 years:

There has been a significant increase in the amount of students traveling across the main islands for educational purposes. The company has great pleasure in facilitating the stated purpose hence providing a special reduction on each ticket upon presentation of the fidelity card.

  • The card is valid for one year only. Customer will need to renew their card after expiration.
  • The Fidelity card must be presented upon purchase of ticket.
  • The Card Holder will report to any of our Sales Office for purchase of tickets.
  • Card Holder is to purchase ticket only for the name stated on the card.
  • Discount on ticket amounts to 25%
  • The Fidelity Card is not transferable
  • In case of loss please report to any Cat Cocos office (fee of …. is applicable for replacement of card)

Pensioners can also benefit with a special reduction on ticket purchase upon presentation of the fidelity card, thus aiming at providing favorable advantages of not having to pay the full fare.

  • The card is valid for one year only. Customer will need to renew their card after expiration.
  • The Fidelity card must be presented upon purchase of ticket.
  • The Card Holder will report to any of our Sales Office for purchase of tickets
  • Card Holder is purchase ticket only for the name stated on the card.

Loyalty Cards (Allocation of points)

The aim of the loyalty card is to benefit passengers who are not qualified for the fidelity card stated above (26 to 59 years) but who travel frequently on our service. With the loyalty card customer can accumulate points with each Cat Cocos ticket and can redeem these points anytime to purchase new ticket.

  • The Card Holder will report with the card to purchase tickets at any Sales offices
  • Upon purchase of tickets the card holder will be allocated with points for the value of the tickets E.g. Mahe/Pras one way ticket adult SCR 210/- = 210 points at the value of SCR21/- (0.10cts @ 210 = SCR 21/-)
  • The points will be cumulated under the Customer Account as and when tickets are purchased.
  • The Card Holder can use the points to purchase tickets with condition that their accounts holds sufficient funds to pay for the cost of the ticket. E.g. if a Card Holder has only a value of SCR 400/- of the total points cumulated, they cannot purchase tickets with a value of more than SCR400/-
